Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 30g bitter cocoa
- 24 sponge fingers
- 100g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 250g mascarpone
- 500ml unsweetened black coffee
Preparation:
- Separate Eggs:
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Prepare Mascarpone Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the mascarpone and whisk until smooth.
- Whip Egg Whites:
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula. Set aside.
