Ingredients:

4 eggs

½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

1 small bell pepper, diced

½ small onion, finely chopped

½ cup spinach or kale, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or a little oil (for greasing the cans)

Instructions:
