1 package of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup of semolina
2 cups of milk
A pinch of salt
Instrukcje:
In a pot, bring the milk to a boil with a pinch of salt.
Once boiling, slowly pour in the semolina, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
Cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until the oatmeal thickens to your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes to thicken further.
Serve warm with a topping of your choice (fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of honey).
